Refund policy

At Forward (forwardofficial.co), we are committed to providing high-quality activewear and accessories, from our FRWD Active Edge Jackets to our Padel Towels.

Please review our policy carefully before completing your purchase, as we operate under strict return guidelines.

1. No Refunds

All sales are final.
We do not offer cash refunds, store credit, or chargeback reversals for any purchases. Please review your order carefully—including size, color, and quantity—before checking out.

2. Exchange Policy (3 Days Only)

We understand that finding the right fit for activewear can be difficult. We offer exchanges for a different size or a product of equal value, subject to the following strict conditions:

  • Timeframe: You must email us to initiate an exchange within 3 calendar days of your order being delivered. Requests received after 3 days will be declined.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in Brand New condition. This means:
    • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
    • Original tags must be attached.
    • Free of scents, stains, or pet hair.

Exceptions (Hygiene Policy):
For sanitary reasons, the following items are not eligible for exchange if the packaging has been opened or the seal broken:

  • FRWD Crew Socks
  • FRWD Padel Towels

3. Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item for an exchange.
  • Forward Responsibility: If you received the wrong item (e.g., incorrect jacket size sent) or a defective product, Forward will cover the return shipping costs.

4. How to Request an Exchange

To start an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to info@forwardofficial.co within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Include your Order Number and the specific item you wish to exchange.
  3. We will review your request and provide the return address if approved.

Do not send items back without prior approval via email.
